Returns & Refund Policy

This is a print on demand store. All sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds issued once an order has been placed.

Refunds are not issued for orders that were unable to be delivered due to insufficient or incomplete shipping addresses provided under your order. If an order is returned because of insufficient address under your original order or sent to an address that is no longer valid, you will be required to pay an additional postage fee to have your item reshipped.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us agvexpress@agv-express.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
